Guided by the same principles as the Andis Company - Excellence, Integrity and Respect - the Andis Foundation connects communities and families through:

Grants awarded bi-annually to organizations supporting the Foundation's mission.

Matching Program
The Foundation provides monetary matching for the annual United Way campaign as well as charities that Andis Company associates support.

Scholarship Program
The NEXT GENERATION LEADERS scholarship program provides educational financial assistance for the children of Andis Company associates.

Project Search

The Andis Company is proud to be a host site for Project SEARCH since early 2017.

The Project SEARCH program is designed to develop social and employment skills for young adults with disabilities. The goal is to provide soft skill development, career exploration and hands-on training. We're committed to help prepare these young people gain the skills they need to find success in integrated, competitive employment.

Project Search

Day of Caring
Each year Andis associates volunteer to help wherever it is needed for the Annual Day of Caring. You might find us painting the Born Learning Trail, fixing up playground equipment or cleaning up a school's facade before the students' first day!

Employee Pledge Campaign
Each year, Andis associates support the United Way of Racine through monetary pledges with either a one-time pledge or weekly donations through payroll deduction. Associates have the opportunity to win great prizes based on their level of contribution. For the 2018 campaign, associates have pledged enough to meet the company's goal of $108,000!!

Silent Auction
Just about every department at the Andis Company participates in creating a basket for our annual silent auction. With great prizes like VR headsets, reserved parking spaces, sports tickets and other; fantastic items, we've raised $10,000 over the past 3 years to support United Way of Racine County.

Making a Difference Every Day
Andis Company associates also give their time and talents to many other local charities and events such as food banks, family shelters, blood drives, Junior Achievement, Adopt-a-Highway, animal shelters and so much more. See how YOU can make a difference with Andis!

The Andis Foundation was recently honored by Wisconsin 4-H Foundation as a major partner and contributor at the 2017 Wisconsin 4-H Hall of Fame Gala. Andis is proud to partner with Wisconsin 4-H's high-quality youth programs in agriculture. A primary focus of their mission is to develop thriving kids, and this grant is a great fit helping youth develop vital skills outside the traditional classroom to help them succeed in life as well as career. Nearly 150,000 youth participate in the Wisconsin 4-H program, with the majority hailing from urban areas of the state. More than 22,000 volunteers support the program. Andis Foundation helps support all their efforts.

Junior Livestock
Andis believes in helping promote youth development in livestock showing and annually has awarded clippers to the winners of Junior Livestock shows at the Wisconsin Sate Fair. In 2018, there were 300 clippers donated to further help the young winners continue to achieve success in the show ring.
